GEORGE KYNOCH (Non Executive Director) aged 60 has over 30 years of experience in the industry and was Chief Executive of Kynoch Group plc (now Bioquell plc).

He was Scottish Industry and Local Government Minister from 1995 to 1997, whilst being the Member of Parliament for Kincardine and Deeside between 1992 and 1997. He is currently Non-Executive Chairman of TEP Exchange Group plc, ToLuna plc and OCZ Technology Group Inc, all listed in AIM.

George chairs the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee.
