An Audience Without... Jeremy Beadle
Talent Television's latest production "An Audience without... Jeremy Beadle" will be airing 16th May 9.30pm ITV1.
Jeremy Beadle may not be about any more, but his TV legacy as a king prankster will live forever. To celebrate his work, ITV have announced An Audience Without... Jeremy Beadle – a showcase of the funnyman’s best work, set in front of a studio audience packed with Jeremy’s celebrity friends and TV admirers.
While Jeremy may not be there, Chris Tarrant will host the ITV1 show which will pay tribute to Jeremy’s innovative comic style and give his friends and fans a chance to smile again at his best work. They’ll also be the chance to meet some of Jeremy’s “victims” who were spoofed on national TV by the king prankster. But just as Jeremy’s life wasn’t just about fun, the show will try and replicate his work by raising cash for Jeremy’s favourite charities.
With the chance to hear more about the man himself, watch some of his best work, and help in his wish to raise money for some very worthy causes, look out for An Audience Without... Jeremy Beadle on ITV1 in May.
Talent Television Brings 40 More "Best of Friends" to CBBC
Talent Television, has been commissioned by CBBC to produce a further 40 episodes of its hit children’s reality series for 6-12 year olds “Best of Friends”.
“Best of Friends” has become one of CBBC’s most successful kids’ entertainment shows.
To date, Talent has made 56 half hour episodes which comprise three UK series, plus five African specials of the format which tests the real friendships of boys and girls.
Currently airing on the CBBC channel and BBC One, the half hour format features ten year old boys and girls who are taken to task to prove just how much their mates really mean to them. The main theme of the programme is that ‘friendship matters’, and of course there are plenty of opportunities for the kids to get their own back on the presenters when they are dared to take on the tasks.
