Test The Nation is produced by Talent Television and has become a returning, favourite TV event in the nation's homes whenever it has been shown on BBC One over the last two years. Presented by Ann Robinson and Phillip Schofield, it regularly draws audiences of over 5 million, interacting with the show via their 'digital red buttons', their mobile phones and on-line.

The interactive DVD will feature over 1000 questions - both image, video clip and word based - on all aspects of British history, geography, culture and society and will be based closely on the hit show. It is simple to play - with navigation via the 'arrow keys' on the TV remote control - and with both single and multi-player modes, all the family can play along together or individually for many hours of fun. There is also a bonus feature on this first Test The Nation DVD - a special '2005 IQ Test' set by Professor Colin Cooper, one of the UK's foremost experts in the field. Able to take into account both the age and sex of the player, 'Test The Nation - 2005 IQ Test' will give an accurate assessment of any individual's IQ level and will be the most technologically advanced interactive DVD yet released in the UK.
