TALENT TELEVISION EXPANDS MANAGEMENT             10th February 2003
GROUP WITH ARRIVAL OF JAN ROWLAND
Talent Television, part of the recently created Talent Group plc, is expanding its senior management circle with the arrival this week of Jan Rowland.

Rowland, who previously headed up the Drama, Entertainment and Children's division at the BBC as Chief Operating Officer, joins the independent producer as a Consultant, working alongside Tony Humphreys, Managing Director, and John Kaye Cooper, Creative Director, in the area of Strategic Planning and Business Development.

Humphreys said today "We are exceptionally pleased to announce the appointment of Jan Rowland to the Management Group at Talent Television. With her wide ranging business affairs and strategic management experience, for both commercial and public service broadcasters, her input into the growth plans for the Talent Group will be very valuable. Jan brings a wide vision and breath of experience of the television industry which will be a real asset to Talent Television at this point in its expansion."

Jan Rowland said "I am delighted to be working alongside some great people at Talent! To join John and Tony at this key point in the Company's development is really exciting and it is also refreshing to be working in the vibrant indie sector. I am looking forward to participating in some interesting business and having fun."

John Kaye Cooper said "I have known Jan for many years and so I am very happy to have her on board as we take Talent Television forward. Her arrival, following that of Annie Miles last month to launch our children's division, is further evidence of our commitment to grow and expand beyond our success in prime time entertainment with event programming like 'Test the Nation' for the BBC".
