TALENT TV CREATES STRATEGIC ALLIANCE February 2004
WITH CANADA'S AMBERWOOD ENTERTAINMENT |

London, February 2004 - UK indie producer Talent Television has formed a strategic alliance with top Canadian producer and distributor Amberwood Entertainment, it was announced today by Tony Humphreys, Managing Director of Talent TV and Sheldon Wiseman, President & CEO, Amberwood Entertainment.
The agreement includes a "first look" arrangement on forthcoming animated and live action kids programming in development at either Company.
Sheldon Wiseman, President and CEO of Amberwood Entertainment commented, "We are very pleased to be working more closely with Talent. Both of us have some extremely exciting projects in the pipeline and I'm sure that our "first look" agreement will now accelerate their progress. Both Companies have a lot to offer each other and I am delighted to announce this association between us."
Annie Miles, Director of Talent Kids, Talent TV's children's division added, "These days, putting together international co-production is vital to fund high-budget programming for kids. The Talent/Amberwood agreement demonstrates how indie producers in two high volume production territories for quality kids drama and animation, such as the UK and Canada, can join together to co-develop and fund series for the international market."

It's first commission was for the Disney Channel, with "Inside Clyde", an original fantasy adventure game show, the first 13 x half-hours being screened this winter in the UK. This was followed by a breakthrough reality entertainment format for 6-11 year olds called "Best of Friends". Produced for CBBC, the first series of 15 x half-hours is scheduled for transmission on the CBBC digital channel in March 04.
