Best of Friends
CBBC - 5 series and specials, 2004 to 13th August 2008

The hit entertainment reality format for kids 'Best of Friends' ran to five series in the UK, with an additional special series filmed in South Africa.

As always, the theme of the programme is that 'friendship matters' and, as always, the series features more groups of ten year olds, taken to task to prove just how much their mates really mean to them.

Of course, there are also plenty of opportunities for the kids to get their own back on the presenters who join them on a wide range of Tasks and Treats.

Regular presenters on the first three series - Rani Khanijau and Michael Absalom

'Best of Friends' has become a firm favourite with British kids, regularly making the Top Ten programming list. The shows are all regularly re-broadcast on CBBC, BBC1, and BBC2.
